Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information JALE Solutions ("we", "us") collects through jalesolutions.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

What we collect

Information you give us.

• Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.
• Messages and calls. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your email address or phone number.
• Booking a call. Our "Book a free call" buttons take you to Calendly, a separate scheduling service. Calendly collects the details you enter there, such as your name and email address, and shares them with us so we can hold the call.

Information collected automatically.

• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location, and whether you clicked a booking button or signed up for the newsletter.
• Technical records. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server records, which can include IP addresses. When you submit the newsletter form, Netlify may also record technical details such as your IP address and browser type with the submission.

The site has no accounts or logins, and we do not take payments through it.

How we use it

• To send the newsletter you asked for.
• To reply to your questions and hold the calls you book.
• To see which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To meet legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from another. We use it to see overall patterns, not to identify individual people.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way. The site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising. We share information only with the service providers that run this site for us, each under its own privacy terms:

• Netlify hosts the site and stores newsletter sign-ups. Netlify privacy policy

We may also use an email service to send the newsletter, and we may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Client work

This policy covers the website. If you hire JALE Solutions, how we handle your business information, logins, and systems during that work is set out in your written proposal or agreement.

How long we keep it

• Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
• Emails and call details: for as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records.
• Analytics data: according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe. Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or email us and we will remove you.
• See, correct, or delete your information. Email hello@jalesolutions.co and tell us what you would like. We will respond within a reasonable time.
• Limit analytics. Use the cookie controls or opt-out add-on described above.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws. Contact us and we will work with you.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit who can access the information described here. No website or online service can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or account numbers through email or the newsletter form.

Children

This site is for business owners and nonprofit leaders and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

JALE Solutions is based in the United States, and the services we use store and process information here. If you visit from another country, your information will be handled in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
