What's the difference between Operations Blueprint and Operations Managed?
Operations Blueprint is done-with-you: we build and test your first AI system, walk you through how it works, and you manage it from there. You can add SOP documentation or a full handoff package if you want more support after launch.
Operations Managed is fully done-for-you: we build everything, keep it running month to month, and adjust as your business changes. Most clients start with a Blueprint engagement and move to Managed once they see what's possible.
How much of my time does getting set up require?
For Operations Managed clients, about 1 to 2 hours total: a discovery call and a final walkthrough before anything goes live. We handle testing and monitoring on our end.
For Operations Blueprint clients, plan for a bit more involvement. After the build, you'll need to review the output over 1 to 2 days and let us know if adjustments are needed. Since we won't have ongoing access to your systems, your feedback is how we confirm everything is working correctly before handoff. Most clients are fully live within a week.

Is my business and client data safe when you connect AI to my systems?

Where automation middleware is required to connect your tools, data passes through it only to trigger actions. It is not stored, retained, or logged outside your own accounts. Think of it as a relay, not a repository. Every integration is documented so you always know exactly what's connected, what it touches, and why.
Who has access to my accounts and tools once you're set up?
Access is scoped tightly to what's needed for each system to function. For Operations Managed clients, we use service accounts and limited-permission integrations rather than direct login credentials wherever possible. You retain full ownership and admin control over every tool. Your Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, and any other platform we connect to remains yours, funded by you, governed by you.
The automation layer that sits between your tools, the middleware that makes everything work together, is managed by JALE Solutions as part of your retainer. If you ever leave, that layer transitions with you.
What happens to my systems and data if I stop working with JALE Solutions?
Your core tools, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your CRM, your calendar, are yours regardless. You own the accounts, you fund them directly, and they are never at risk if our engagement ends.
For the automation layer: as part of every offboarding, we provide a full transition package including exported workflow maps, plain-English documentation of every system we built, credential transfer instructions, and a handoff guide your next hire or vendor can follow. If you want to self-manage after leaving, we'll walk you through exactly how. If you want to migrate to your own middleware account, we'll help you do that too.
